Episode # 010: In this episode I talk with ADHD Organizer Coach Megs Crawford about how after she started working with a therapist while pursuing her masters degree it became apparent that she might benefit from getting diagnosed with ADHD. Her immediate thoughts were how could I go through my entire life and not know that I have ADHD? She talks about how after reading Faster Than Normal by Peter Shankman she felt that she wasn’t alone and that empowered her on her journey of self discovery.

It was a real pleasure enjoying her positive energy that she describes as “being super tapped into the feelings that she wants to have on a regular basis.” Megs shared with us about how she learned that from her mother and always tried to model that in her life and to be a great role model for her children. She also talks about what finally motivated her to become a coach and start her own podcast. Megs even coaches me on how I can be more successful with organization in my daily life schedule just by asking the right questions.

What you may learn:

-How kindness is contagious and how it has helped Megs Crawford to become the woman she is today.

-How asking the right questions can help you find your own organization style.
