"In Service of the Doing." How Coaching by Community has Helped Russ Jones with His ADHD

I chatted with special guest ADHD coach Russ Jones from the podcast ADHD Big Brother about his experience with ADHD and how that affected him on the job. We also talk about our shared struggles and what solutions have worked for us. Russ talks about how his passion for helping has led him to develop Coaching by Community in what he calls “In service of the doing.” Making coaching affordable and gamifying it so that it really attacks the core of what we struggle with. The value of being in a group helps to keep you accountable and on track with your goals.
We also talk about how mediation and mindfulness has really helped to maintain an emotional balance. Russ goes deep into his depression and how he has developed a system to help him get through it. Depression can be something tricky and in order to find out what works for you it needs to be talked about.
